In the 2024 General Election, polling in Beed constituency was held on May 13, 2024 (Phase 4), with a voter turnout of 69.74%. NCP (Sharadchandra Pawar) candidate Bajrang Manohar Sonwane won the seat with 6,83,950 votes, defeating BJP’s Pankaja Gopinathrao Munde who received 6,77,397 votes. The margin of victory was an extremely narrow 6,553 votes — the lowest winning margin in any Lok Sabha seat in the Marathwada region in 2024. Beed was the last of all 543 Lok Sabha seats across India to declare its result in the 2024 general election.
